Position: Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for building relationships with new and existing job seekers in the local market
Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
Screen resumes applications and select qualified candidates
Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
Assists with the interview process attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors
Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process identifying and recommending salary ranges incentives start dates and other pertinent details
Coordinating preemployment screenings distributing background checks and administrative work before the client starts
Identifying active job seekers for specific amongst various internal / external job boards client referrals & previous contractors
Identifying potential sales leads
Projected Earnings:
Year 1: 45k-55k
Year 2: 50k-75k
Year 3: 70k-100k

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Customer Service experience preferred
