Job Overview:
RN - NICU (Level IV)
Full Time (36 Hour Weeks)
12 Hour Shifts
Night Shift

Responsibilities:

Assess identify appropriate nursing diagnoses plan implement and evaluate patient care.

Develop update and coordinate the patients plan of care to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes and transitions.

Monitor record and communicate patient condition appropriately.

Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting autonomy dignity rights values and beliefs of those we serve.

Facilitate a learning environment for patients families nursing staff and other healthcare team members.

Align practices with safety and quality utilizing data and evidence to improve patient outcomes.

Engage in ongoing professional development and practice to the top of your license.

Lead teams delegate appropriately and collaborate with the inter-professional care team.
Required Qualifications:
-
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Upon hire: Registered Nurse License in Washington.

Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Upon hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics.

1 year NICU nursing experience.

Screening Question:
Do you have at least 1 year of experience in a NICU environment as a registered nurse (Clinical rotation and residency programs do not count. This is an experienced RN role in NICU.)
Ideal Candidate:

1 full year of NICU experience at a Level 4 NICU as a full-time RN.

Experience must be post-graduation of a nursing program; clinical rotations are not considered toward the 1-year experience requirement.
