Construction Manager - Fire Protection Systems & Plumbing Metro Manila Philippines
A fire protection systems and plumbing company is in need of aConstruction Manager.The successful candidate reporting to the Chief Operating Officer will be responsible in overseeing all construction projects of the company ensuring that all aspects of the projects are within the set specifications within the budget and completed safely.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Ten years experience in the same role in the construction industry
Proven experience in projects such as high rise specialty trades industrial factory or warehouse
Knowledge in plumbing fire protection HVAC ventilation systems electromechanical pumps
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong leadership skills analytical and goal oriented
Able to multi task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
Ability to travel to different sites
Willingness to be based in Metro Manila
