The Role Where Strategy Meets Action

As our Application Manager Logistics & Procurement you will serve as the bridge between our European stakeholders and our global transformation team. Your mission To help roll out optimize and support Logistics and Procurement functionalities both in our current SAP ECC environment and the future S/4HANA system.

You will be a key contributor in the HOPES program a global S/4HANA greenfield initiative helping shape how Logistics and Procurement processes evolve across all Yokogawa entities.

What Youll Do Your Key Responsibilities

Project Support HOPES (S/4HANA Global Program)

• Support the development rollout and training of Logistics and Procurement functionality in S/4HANA
• Act as the regional voice of Europe in a global project context
• Align transactional data and processes between SAP ECC and S/4HANA
• Monitor project timelines and help mitigate risks

Post-Go-Live & Functional Support

• Create and maintain functional and architectural requirement documents
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and act as a sparring partner for the global implementation team
• Own and manage 3rd-line incident resolution in the areas of Logistics Procurement and Sales Order Management
• Ensure accurate documentation and training materials are available and up-to-date
• Lead functional testing and support user adoption

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Analyze and improve business processes
• Stay ahead of SAP best practices particularly in S/4HANA and integration technologies (IDOCs APIs BAPIs)
• Actively participate in change management and business transformation initiatives

Who You Are Your Profile

You bring a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Economics Business Administration IT or a related field
You have solid experience with SAP ECC and Logistics/Procurement modules and you understand the ins and outs of S/4HANA
Youve participated in S/4HANA migration or greenfield implementation projects
You understand SAPs integration with third-party systems
Youre familiar with Sales Order Management in SAP or eager to learn
Youre fluent in English and thrive in a multinational cross-functional environment
You are analytical persuasive and capable of managing complex changes
Most importantly youre a team player collaborative curious and confident enough to challenge the status quo
