Youre a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital culture audience behavior and brand storytelling. You have a knack for uncovering insights translating data into compelling strategies and helping brands find their voice in an ever-evolving media landscape. You thrive on problem-solving collaboration and turning ideas into real-world impact.
THE TASK AT HAND
- Strategic Development: Build insight-driven social-first brand and content strategies that drive business impact.
- Audience & Trend Analysis: Identify key audience behaviors cultural trends and emerging opportunities to inform creative direction.
- Creative & Media Integration: Work closely with creative and media teams to develop cohesive platform-native campaigns.
- Consumer Journey Mapping: Develop customer personas and journey frameworks to optimize brand engagement across channels.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics and research to refine strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key strategic partner presenting insights and recommendations with confidence.
- Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends sharing perspectives on best practices new technologies and innovative approaches.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
- 5 years of experience in strategy planning or brand marketing preferably in an agency or digital-first environment.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms content ecosystems and consumer engagement strategies.
- Ability to synthesize research data and cultural insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns across social digital and traditional channels.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Experience with social listening audience research and performance analytics tools (e.g. Brandwatch Sprinklr Google Analytics).
