Our approach is hands-on student-centered and deeply rooted in curiosity. We combine Montessori principles project-based learning and social-emotional development to create meaningful real-world experiences.

What Youll Do
You will lead a primary-grade homeroom with structure consistency and heart. Youll design inquiry-based lessons that spark curiosity and active participation. Youll build a classroom culture centered on student voice independence and collaboration. Youll co-create interdisciplinary learning experiences with colleagues and maintain clear communication with families.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience teaching at the primary level. Full fluency in English (speaking reading and writing) is required as well as a Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. A valid teaching certification or license is necessary. You should have experience with progressive methodologies such as project-based or inquiry-based learning strong classroom leadership skills and a genuine desire to move away from traditional education models.
Preferred Qualifications
A Masters degree in Education is a plus as is training in Readers & Writers Workshop Apple Certified Educator status experience with co-teaching or Reggio Emilia and a background in progressive or alternative schools.
