Project Manager PEACEPLUS
The Role:
The Project Manager PEACEPLUS is responsible for the communications and project delivery aspects of the CONNECT PEACEPLUS project. The purpose of the role is to ensure effective marketing and communications as well as efficient financial management of the CONNECT PEACEPLUS project. This role is key to ensuring the project is effectively amplified and promoted whilst also ensuring the project is delivered effectively and efficiently within budget and financial parameters and SEUPB comms guidelines. The successful post holder will be the key contact for all project marketing and communications and will also be responsible for managing and monitoring project finances ensuring effective financial delivery of project activities in line with compliance processes and protocols. This role will involve working effectively and well with the British Council delivery team partners and associated partners.
The overall aim of the CONNECT programme is to create strong and positive relationships between communities in Northern Ireland (UK) and Ireland (EU) and the successful candidate will have experience of working well with others and will be adept at building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and excel as a team player. Crucial to the role are excellent written and verbal communication abilities solid understanding and experience in the use of digital media tools and the ability to build and deliver effective marketing and communications campaigns. Strong financial awareness and acumen and project management skills are also necessary.
The Project Manager PEACEPLUS will work closely with the project team across Ireland and Northern Ireland reporting to the Senior Project Manager PEACEPLUS for the project.
This role is supported by PEACEPLUS a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

The Project Manager PEACEPLUS will be based in the Dublin office 3 days a week and work 2 days from home. They will work closely with the project team across Ireland and Northern Ireland reporting to the Senior Project Manager for the project.
