Job Description
ROLE:
- Be accountable for reliable supply to customer with targeted inventory and minimized cost for North Asia LFE business.
- Be accountable for Tollers scheduling process to deliver on time shipments to customer and ensure efficient production upon business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Planning
Overlook LFE inventory level and cost control ensure reliable supply.
- Responsible for replenishment plan based on consensus demand plan.
- Closely monitor and optimize inventory level and structure. Manage inventories of assigned raw materials and intermediates to mandated days-of-coverage targets
- Track misrouted raw materials / intermediates as needed and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Define and implement stock policy based on business nature.
- Meet supply chain related cost upon annual budget eg. premium freight demurrage etc.
- Coordinate with multiple functions on NWSM solutions to reduce and prevent NWSM.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to roll out and implement localization of both finished goods and key raw materials.
Tollers Production Scheduling
Fulfill customer orders and managing toller production scheduling accordingly.
- Based on master supply plan managing daily toller production scheduling ensure both customer satisfaction and production efficiency.
- The primary scheduling tools are planning screens in SAP
- Coordinate schedule changes as needed and communicate them effectively
- Expedite orders as priorities dictate
- Troubleshoot planning issues as necessary
- Complete timely month-end inventory reconciliations
- Make and implement raw material replenishment plan as needed.
- Enter replenishment and transfer orders for key raw materials / intermediates as needed
- Follow toll manufacturing instruction and make sure toll process orders and purchase orders are compliant and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross functional team to roll out toller capacity expansion and new toller selection.
Continuous improvement and process optimization
- Continuously optimize SAP master data settings
- Continuously optimize supply planning and inventory control procedures.
- When needed provide support and assistant on projects such as global upgrade on SAP network optimization for cost saving purpose.
- Support and implement new supply planning strategy.
REQUIREMENTS (education experience competencies and specific job requirements):
- Education
- Bachelors degree or above
- Experience
- At least 5 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies such as supply planning material planning inventory control logistics management etc
- Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred.

- Knowledge technical/professional skill:
- Good analytical skills

- Solid experience in SAP

- Project Management skills preferable
- Language Skill:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both speaking and writing)
