About the Role

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including planning ordering logistics supplier coordination and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery process improvement and KPI achievement while supporting NPI projects and team development.

What You Will Do

• Handle the planning and ordering end to end process between demand and supply
• Closely flow up the delivery and ensure the order fulfillment
• Drive to settle the logistics issue driving the delivery
• Communicate with supply partners to prioritize and meet our supply lead time requirement
• Communicate with the worldwide regional teams to meet their requirement.
• Track and push supplier performance improvement
• Coordinate with the cross-function teams to meet their requirement
• Data collection and report generation to support analysis
• Proactively support Supply Chain Planning function to achieve predefined KPIs
• Drive continuous process improvement
• Identify and escalate potential risk areas timely with sound recommendations
• Exercise leadership and managerial skills through effective problem solving decision making coaching and talent development
• Work closely with NPI team to support NPI projects and make sure the project hand over smoothly
• Perform tasks as and when required by the supervisor

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelors degree with minimum 10 years working experience in supply Chain or purchasing area
• SAP Super User
• Strong communication skill
• Knowledge of planning and ordering process
• Good at data analysis
• Good knowledge in SAP system and desk-top software
• Good command of English
• Results driven with teamwork
• Customer focus orientation
• Self-awareness and willing to learn

What Makes You Eligible

• Willingness to travel 10% of the time
• Willingness to work in an office in Shenzhen
• Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
