Descripcin general del equipo y responsabilidades laborales
Estamos buscando Ingenieros/as Supervisores que quieran sumarse a nuestro equipo!
Con sede en Ciudad de Buenos Aires reportando al Jefe de Produccin usted ser responsable de administrar y controlar las actividades desarrolladas en las diferentes fases de produccin. Organizar y orientar los servicios realizados por los equipos a los fines de garantizar las metas de productividad de acuerdo con los planes de produccin estndares de calidad procedimientos y normas tcnicas de seguridad medio ambiente y salud.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Administrar y controlar las actividades realizadas en las reas productivas en su momento de actuacin orientando a los equipos en los servicios a realizarse en las operaciones de mquinas y equipos uso adecuado de materias primas e insumos de forma de cumplir las metas de produccin y productividad.
- Seguir y controlar los procesos de fabricacin verificando por medio de instrumentos especficos el desarrollo del ciclo productivo analizando datos estadsticos identificando las necesidades de ajustes y orientando en las acciones a ser tomadas.
- Proponer mejoras continuas en las condiciones de trabajo mtodos y desempeo de equipos utilizados en los procesos productivos para contribuir con la productividad y calidad.
- Controlar el manejo de materias primas e insumos conforme procedimientos del sistema de calidad y planes de produccin.
- Liderar grupos de trabajo como Grupos de Mejora 5 S medio ambiente seguridad entre otros con el fin de mantener la homogenizacin para garantizar el desempeo de las actividades dentro de estndares y normas preestablecidas.
- Controlar que se cumplan los procedimientos de conservacin limpieza e higiene del rea de trabajo como asimismo orientar a terceros en el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad salud disciplina y prevencin de accidentes.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e instrucciones operativas de los sistemas de gestin incluso brindando capacitaciones orientadas a ese fin.
- Dar instrucciones sobre medidas a tomar en caso de condiciones de riesgo.
A quin buscamos
Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:
- Ingenieros/as graduados (Industrial Elctrica)
- Al menos 5 aos de experiencia en el rea Industrialsupervisando grupos de trabajo.
- Conocimiento de Normas ISO 9001 y 14001
- SAP
- Manejo avanzado de paquete office
- Disponibilidad para hacer turnos rotativos
Team Overview and Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Supervising Engineers who want to join our team!
Based in the City of Buenos Aires reporting to the Production Manager you will be responsible for managing and controlling the activities developed in the different phases of production. Organize and guide the services performed by the teams in order to guarantee productivity goals in accordance with production plans quality standards procedures and technical safety environmental and health standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and control the activities carried out in the productive areas at the time of action guiding the teams in the services to be performed in the operations of machines and equipment proper use of raw materials and supplies in order to meet the goals. of production and productivity.
- Follow and control manufacturing processes verifying through specific instruments the development of the production cycle analyzing statistical data identifying adjustment needs and guiding the actions to be taken.
- Propose continuous improvements in working conditions methods and performance of equipment used in production processes to contribute to productivity and quality.
- Control the management of raw materials and supplies according to the procedures of the quality system and production plans.
- Lead work groups such as Improvement Groups 5 S environment security among others in order to maintain homogenization to guarantee the performance of activities within pre-established standards and norms.
- Control compliance with the conservation cleaning and hygiene procedures of the work area as well as guide third parties in compliance with safety health discipline and accident prevention regulations.
- Supervise compliance with safety standards and operating instructions for management systems including providing training for that purpose.
- Give instructions on measures to be taken in case of risk conditions.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for an Engineer with the following skills and motivations:
- Graduates Engineer (Industrial Electrical)
- At least 5 years of experience in the Industrial Areasupervising working groups.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards
- SAP
- Advanced level of office package
- Availability to rotate shifts
