Chief Executive & Marketing Assistant

Jefferson Healthcare () is seeking an expert Executive Assistant to join our team supporting the Chief Administrator of the organization. We have a complex high volume and fast paced environment and our Executive Assistants play a crucial role in getting things done. This position will support the chief executive and marketing team. Our ideal teammate is able to hit the ground running and excels in efficiency and solving problems. They will have strong attention to detail unparalleled communication skills and ideally has experience with supporting executive-level administrators. You also have a very strong knowledge base in the Microsoft Office suite and multi-task with the best of us. We look forward to meeting you!

Responsibilities:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provides high-level support to multiple C-suite executives by managing complex calendars
    coordinating travel and anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Supports hospital leadership by liaising with departments to facilitate collaboration and
    communication.

Communication & Content Development

  • Supports the routing drafting and development of internal and external communications
    including memos press releases blog posts podcast content presentations and executive
    correspondence.
  • Acts as a key point of contact for communication flow to and from C-suite leadership ensuring
    timely responses and consistent messaging.
  • Screens inquiries and calls directing them appropriately and maintaining a high level of
    professionalism.
  • Researches and compiles relevant information for executive meetings presentations or
    organizational initiatives.

What youll need:

  • High School degree or GED equivalency required. Bachelors degree in communications
    marketing business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of business office or administrative experience in a similar setting
    required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on PowerPoint Word Outlook and
    SharePoint required.
  • Experience with website management or content development preferred
  • Familiarity with visual design software such as Adobe InDesign or Photoshop preferred associates degree preferred

Schedule: Full time; non-union; exempt; on site Monday-Friday evenings and weekends may be required
