Job Description

This scholarship aims to groom individuals for leadership roles in Operations. It is open to undergraduates who are currently in their 2nd 3rd or final year of study with local universities and are on track to graduate with a good degree in any discipline.

Applicants should possess strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills. They should be opened to international assignments and willing to perform shift duties.

Scholarship Terms:
(a) 4-year course:
4-year work commitment with PSA upon graduation

(b) 3-year course:
3-year work commitment with PSA upon graduation

Studying scholars may look forward to a combination of:

Upon graduation scholars will join PSA as an Operations Executive and are responsible for the planning execution and monitoring of container handling operations to ensure that PSA delivers seamless service to our customers around the clock. This is done with proprietary resource planning and operating systems.

Operations Executive will manage a team of about 100 staff and the deployment of sophisticated equipment. Also they are responsible for the quick turnaround of vessels and ensure prompt connectivity of customers containers.
