Education and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Computer Science or similar required
Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience (preferred 2 years in the Travel Industry) preferably in workflow and operations scenarios with agile
development methodologies
Knowledge
Familiar with basic database structure and design
Knowledge on GDS is an advantage
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills problem solving analytical and decision-making skills
Keen sense of organization delivery timeliness end product quality and accuracy

Main responsibility is to collate interpret evaluate and correlate data points and develop integrated business analyses for strategic decision-making. Deliver
standard recurring report run models and produces ad hoc reporting. Create ad hoc deliverables and reporting related to business and perform analysis quality check
results and accuracy.
Contribute to team effort by Identifying business trends utilizing real data compile analysis reports and accomplishing related results as needed
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports and recommending action.
Provide administrative/executive support to the Sr. Director by managing his calendar oversee and manage logistics for Operations guests and visitors.
Contribute and Influence initiatives or actions that has direct and indirect financial impact by sourcing relevant agencies training companies negotiate
better rates/cost (e.g. travels accommodations) and maintaining records balance and expenses.
Contribute and Influence TS Operations programs or campaigns (Recognition/Incentives CWT driven Awards and programs e.g. Town hall Recognition award and
Active participant of CWT Edge team).
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
