Job Description: Order Fulfillment Transformation Leader
Role Overview
This position involves collaborating with the Distribution and Customer Care teams of Order Fulfillment to lead data-driven transformations. Strong leadership and excellent strategic thinking are required to drive the team towards efficiency and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management - Internal
Plan projects and utilize data to achieve efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
Work closely with domestic sales teams to identify opportunities for customer service improvement and cost reduction based on data analysis and implement service improvement programs.
Collaborate on the formulation of business plans and budgets to ensure that goals are achieved within budget.
Establish and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth business operations.
Business Management - External
Develop team strategies and initiatives that reflect customer requirements and improvement opportunities.
Stay aware of industry trends actively understand external trends (such as automation and AI technology) and formulate long-term strategies.
Understand the customer journey and lead problem-solving for customers with complex economic constraints.
Project Management
Analyze current issues using data identify areas for improvement in each process and plan and execute innovative projects.
Monitor project progress make necessary adjustments to ensure goal achievement.
Utilize project management techniques to allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the supply chain field (especially order handling customer inquiry response and logistics).
At least 3 project management experiences and achievements.
Knowledge of Six Sigma and other management methodologies ability to create process maps.
Advanced English communication skills to build smooth relationships with global stakeholders (TOEIC 700 points or higher preferred).
IT literacy (basic skills in Excel PowerPoint Access Outlook).
Japanese: Native or fluent.
English: Fluent.
