What is the role
Join our dynamic team as the key finance and customer service administrator for the Irish market! In this pivotal role you will manage the entire customer experiencefrom order entry to cash collectionwhile working closely with multiple departments. Youll play a vital part in building strong client relationships supporting our expansion and gaining comprehensive insight into our business addition the role will support activities such as bank reconciliations and accounts payable duties. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and grow alongside our company.

What are the key responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for all Irish market customers.
Monitor service levels (OTIF) and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
Order management placing/tracking orders and dealing with customer queries
Coordinate internally with operations supply chain logistics and sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Proactively manage accounts receivable for the Irish customer base.
Conduct regular account reviews to review credit terms and identify overdue balances.
Assist with debtor payment/credit card allocation and bank reconciliations.
Maintain accurate records of communication and payment history using relevant systems (e.g. ERP).
Support with company bank & credit card reconciliations
Assist with accounts payable activites

What education and experience are required
The successful candidate should be part-qualified accountant/accounting technician or qualified by experience.
Strong business acumen in adherence to internal and external expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and customer management systems (ERP).
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Ability to be flexible in line with the demands of the job
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a timely manner.

What key skills will make you great at the role
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Well organised with ability to prioritise workload to tight deadlines
Familiarity with compliance or regulated environments (e.g. ISO MDR GDPR).
