EVs are a new complicated asset class for our clients. Making the complex simple and creating EV solutions are critical to enabling fleet electrification. This position will lead and scale Element Fleets home charging infrastructure projects by coordinating cross-functional teams executing site deployments and managing commercial frameworks. Drive profitability through global EV solution rollouts and P&L oversight within the electrification division.
- Project Management
- Manage all phases of home charging projectsfrom client intake to final installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales CX Acquisitions) and external partners (charging suppliers) to ensure timely highquality installations.
- Conduct or schedule site assessments and inspections to validate feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
- Serve as the main liaison for clients during home charger installations providing status updates managing expectations and resolving issues.
- Develop and implement operational workflows and SOPs to automate installation logistics reduce lead times and minimize manual touchpoints.
- Identify areas for technology integrationlike digital permit tracking CRM automation route schedulingand deploy tools to improve execution efficiency.
- Maintain project plans timelines and budgets using project management software and dashboards.
- Track KPIs such as installation lead time client satisfaction error rates and cost per installationand continuously drive process optimization.
- Non-Project Management Role
- Strategic consultancy and continuous training to support internal teams and our clients in the transition to electromobility.
- Monitor trends in EV home charger technology financing models rebates/incentives and regulatory changes.
- Design and launch scalable home charging products (e.g. plug-and-charge packages subscription models bundled financing) that support clients EV adoption.
- Translate market insights into actionable product features pricing and services aligned with client needs and Elements capabilities.
- Monitor revenue streams cash flows and marginsimplement cost-control initiatives.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors required or equivalent business experience
- Experience specifically in project management operations or customer service desired in the energy/electrification industries
- Project management experience (7 years)
- This role requires a techsavvy individual who can leverage automation and digital tools (like CRM scheduling permit tracking) to streamline and optimize home charging processesenabling faster installations fewer errors and scalable growth through more efficient workflows
Knowledge and Competencies
- Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize and close project management capabilities).
- Identify and ask probing questions gather data identify options/solutions to a problem or issue and escalate as needed
- General business knowledge and understanding of corporate organization structures
- Demonstrate proper judgment regarding decision making self-reliance and problem resolution.
- Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively;
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions and efficiency improvements
- Strong communication skills both written & oral
- Ability to influence others with diplomacy
- Excellent Customer Service & Relationship skills
- Strong PC proficiency (including Microsoft Suite including: Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook; and project management software Visio MS project Power Bi)
- This position requires full professional proficiency in English
