Job Description
We are now looking for aRecruitment Consultantto support our expanding business.
Fresh graduates are welcomed as well.
Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Consultant on handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Conduct thorough database and desktop research
- Identify potential candidates and approach them via Phone calls E-mail or any other possible method
- Update and maintain database
- Prepare marketing materials or assist on ad-hoc projects
- Assist on providing professional consulting services to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
- University graduate with degree in Banking & Finance or Marketing or related discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment industry will be an advantage
- Excellent phone manners
- Sales-driven with positive and can-do attitude
- Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Mandarin
