Your Mission
We are seeking a curious ambitious and proactive Commercial Finance Analyst to join our mighty Nordic finance this critical role you will be the trusted financial partner to our Customer Development and Marketing teams translating complex data into actionable strategies. Your analysis and insights will directly influence business decisions optimize investments and drive the growth of our Prescription Diet Science Plan & Vet Essentials brands across Denmark Sweden Norway and Finland.
What Youll Achieve
Be a Strategic Business Partner: Provide expert analytical support and financial guidance to our commercial teams helping them understand performance evaluate profitability and simulate the impact of new initiatives.
Drive Performance Analysis: Dive deep into customer sell-in and sell-through data analyze product profitability and provide clear recommendations for pricing strategies and marketing investments to ensure we are maximizing our ROI.
Ensure Financial Excellence: Manage the tracking of our trade investments (Gross-to-Net) support a timely and accurate financial closing process and assist with budgeting forecasting and performance tracking against key targets.
Empower the Business: Develop and deliver targeted financial training for non-finance colleagues empowering them with the knowledge to make sound commercial decisions.
What Youll Bring to the Team

A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to structure your work prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks at once.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive and ambitious mindset always looking for opportunities to add value.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel BI tools and SAP/S4 HANA.
A professional finance qualification (e.g. BSc/MSc in Business or Accounting) is highly desirable.
Previous experience in commercial finance and analysis especially within the FMCG industry is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential and proficiency in a Nordic language is a significant advantage.
