About the role
The Timetabling Support Officer is key to managing the operational needs of academic delivery and space this role youll be responsible for coordinating both internal and external room bookings to ensure all teaching spaces across campuses are used efficiently.
Working closely with Timetabling Coordinators and other stakeholders you will support the development delivery and ongoing updates of academic timetables for both Ikon and ALG. The role requires strong organisational skills meticulous attention to detail and collaborative communication to successfully align timetables with student needs staff availability and institutional goals. You will use systems like Excel Wisenet and RTOM to manage all data scheduling and reporting requirements.
This position will be based at our OffshoreTeam (Remote Work and Day Shift).
