Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment including pumps motors compressors boilers and instrumentation.
- Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns turnarounds and major equipment overhauls.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and predictive maintenance to improve equipment performance.
- Monitor maintenance data identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance budget control costs and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee contractor and vendor management ensuring compliance with safety health and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce workplace SSHE standards and conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for maintenance planning and execution.
- Provide technical guidance training and mentorship to maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering preferably in biodiesel oleochemical petrochemical or refinery plants.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance RCA and FMEA.
- Hands-on experience with CMMS software (SAP).
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with plant utilities such as boilers compressors pumps and rotating equipment.
- Willing to work in Port Dickson and travel when required.
