Role Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the Director managing schedules coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the Directors calendar including appointments and meetings.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence prepare documents and manage confidential information.
- Task Coordination: Assist in project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with various stakeholders demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently prioritizing according to urgency and importance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
