Job Description

Role Summary: Provide comprehensive support to the Director managing schedules coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the Directors calendar including appointments and meetings.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Administrative Support: Handle correspondence prepare documents and manage confidential information.
  • Task Coordination: Assist in project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with various stakeholders demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
  • Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently prioritizing according to urgency and importance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tools.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
