Site Manager Civils South Dublin
Lucan Village 12-Month Public Realm Project
Full-Time Permanent Role

Were hiring on behalf of our client for a Site Manager to lead delivery on a major Public Realm Improvement Project in Lucan Village covering:
Village Green & Main Street
Liffey Promenade
Demesne Park Entrance & New Car Park
This is a high-impact civils project focused on upgrading infrastructure accessibility and public spaces in one of South Dublins most vibrant village centres.
What youll be doing:
Leading site operations and managing project delivery
Ensuring quality safety & compliance standards are met
Managing subcontractors and site documentation
Liaising with design teams and stakeholders
Reporting progress to senior management
What were looking for:
5 years experience in civil engineering/site management
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Full Irish Driving Licence Safe Pass Manual Handling (additional certs a plus)
Proficient in MS Office
Preferably based in the Midlands/North Leinster region
