Senior Solicitor Commercial Property Auckland or Hamilton

Tompkins Wake is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Solicitor (3 years PQE) to join our highly regarded Commercial Property team in either our Auckland or Hamilton office. This is an exciting opportunity if you are ready to take the next step in your career and work with a respected national firm known for excellence innovation and client-centred service.
As we continue to grow were looking for a legal professional with a strong property backgroundideally in commercial propertyto support a broad client base across high-value transactions and strategic developments.
What youll be doing:
Youll work alongside talented practitioners in a collaborative team environment with a focus on:
- Commercial property transactions
- Commercial Leasing
- Subdivisions and development projects
- Due diligence
- Acquisitions and Disposals
What were looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in property law with a preference for commercial property experience
- Solid understanding of commercial property transactions and commercial leasing
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- A practical and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong relationship-building and client-facing capabilities
- A keen interest in specialising in commercial property
