- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business leads

- CIP Qualified (essential)
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the insurance and financial services sector
- Highly organised results-driven and resilient
- Self-motivated with a commercial mindset
