Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries on time in e-commerce platform (Shopee Tokopedia Tiktok Shop)
Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Keep records of customer interactions and manage case documentation.
Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for process improvement.
Qualifications:
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Must).
Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Patience empathy and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
