Job Summary
What You Have To Do
Oversee the listing updating and overall management of products on the online store to ensure a comprehensive and appealing product offering.
Develop and execute marketing and sales campaigns to promote products increase sales and enhance customer engagement.
Manage the stores advertising strategy including the creation and optimization of ads on various platforms to drive traffic and sales.
Regularly analyze store data to gain insights into customer behavior sales trends and campaign effectiveness using these insights to make informed decisions.
Identify and highlight the unique selling points of products ensuring they are effectively communicated to the target audience to drive sales. Responsible for monitoring inventory levels and notifying relevant teams of significant changes.
Make flexible adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid potential disruptions.
Oversee and enhance important experiential metrics such as shipping speed product reviews returns and refunds and customer service performance.
Identify issues promptly and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What We Need From You
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Deep understanding of the foundational logic behind e-commerce operations with the ability to apply this understanding to drive store success.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make decisions and optimize store performance.
Proficient in refining and presenting product selling points to effectively communicate value to customers.
At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or a related field demonstrating a proven track record of managing and growing online stores.
A Bachelors degree is required.
