Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Lead to drive the marketing strategy and execution for Moca Network. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand grow the community and contribute to the success of a groundbreaking project within the Animoca Brands ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Moca Networks goals and target audience
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across various disciplines including content creation social media community management and influencer marketing
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity for Moca Network that resonates with the web3 community
- Drive user acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
- Collaborate closely with the ecosystem product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the web3 space and identify new opportunities for marketing innovation
- Represent Moca Network at industry events and conferences
- Foster a strong and engaged community around Moca Network
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to educate and inform the community about Moca Networks features and benefits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing blockchain-based projects or web3 companies
- Deep understanding of web3 culture trends and technologies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience with various marketing channels and tools including social media content marketing email marketing and paid advertising
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for blockchain technology and the open metaverse.
