What Youll Do
- Lead and perform restoration projects in water mitigation fire and smoke restoration mold remediation and biohazard clean-up
- Supervise train and mentor production technicians
- Maintain clear communication with customers insurance representatives and the PuroClean office
- Ensure all work follows PuroCleans standards safety guidelines and IICRC best practices
- Keep job sites equipment and vehicles clean organized and in top working condition
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency responses
What Were Looking For
- IICRC Certifications (WRT required FSRT/ASD preferred) or the ability to obtain them
- Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience preferred
- Solid work ethic reliability and a positive can-do attitude
- Strong leadership communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 5075 lbs. work in confined spaces and wear respirator equipment
