• Lead and perform restoration projects in water mitigation fire and smoke restoration mold remediation and biohazard clean-up
  
  
• Supervise train and mentor production technicians
  
  
• Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers insurance representatives and the PuroClean office
  
  
• Ensure all work follows PuroCleans standards safety guidelines and IICRC best practices
  
  
• Apply a detail-oriented approach to documentation job site organization and equipment maintenance
  
  
• Keep job sites equipment and vehicles clean organized and in top working condition
  
  
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for emergency responses
  
  

• IICRC Certifications (WRT required FSRT/ASD preferred) or the ability to obtain them
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of restoration industry experience preferred
  
  
• A strong sense of integrity accountability and pride in your work
  
  
• Solid work ethic reliability and a positive can-do attitude
  
  
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Ability to lift 5075 lbs. work in confined spaces and wear respirator equipment
  
  
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
