Lead TechnicianJob Description Summary
Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting diagnostics housekeeping and repairs on commercial buildings industrial systems vehicles grounds and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.Job Description
- Maintenance & Repairs: Assist with troubleshooting repairing and maintaining building systems like HVAC plumbing machinery and kitchen equipment.
- Installation & Upkeep: Help install and modify equipment; clean lubricate and service mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems.
- General Building Care: Perform tasks like painting carpentry ceiling tile replacement snow removal and maintaining fire safety systems.
- Safety & Inspections: Respond to emergencies inspect for hazards follow safety codes and complete required safety training.
About You:
- Completed High School or Vocational course.
- At least 3-5yrs of facility-related experience.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- May be required to work extended periods of time without relief when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments); may require shift work and/or stand-by on-call duties.
