Responsibilities

Reviewing company documents and contracts
Have experience with OSS and BKPM
Handle project mobile
Assisting the legal advisory unit to operate in a multi jurisdiction environment in which the group operates
Facilitating the management of legal exposure and mitigating legal risks in the business operations of the company

Requirements

The candidate must possess a bachelors degree in law.
Experiences in Law Firm or Clinic will be advantage
A minimum of five years of legal supervision experience is required.
Able to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting with excellent communication negotiation networking management and critical thinking skills.
