Responsibilities
- Reviewing company documents and contracts
- Have experience with OSS and BKPM
- Handle project mobile
- Assisting the legal advisory unit to operate in a multi jurisdiction environment in which the group operates
- Facilitating the management of legal exposure and mitigating legal risks in the business operations of the company
Requirements
- The candidate must possess a bachelors degree in law.
- Experiences in Law Firm or Clinic will be advantage
- A minimum of five years of legal supervision experience is required.
- Able to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting with excellent communication negotiation networking management and critical thinking skills.
