About the Role
We are hiring aProduct Marketing Designer to bring our product value stories to life. This role focuses on creating compelling high-quality design and enablement materials that help customers and internal teams understand the differentiated value and vision of VTEX products.
*For this position you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) and remote work on Friday.
Responsibilities
- Design enablement materials including decks videos landing pages training visuals and product messaging artifacts.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing Leads to deliver clear brand-aligned communications.
- Ensure consistency across B2B and B2C materials while tailoring for specific ICPs and segments.
- Support key events such as VTEX Day and major product launches with visually impactful assets.
Who you are
- 5 years of experience in the field.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design for business and marketing contexts.
- Expertise in tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into clean compelling visuals.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
