Position Overview:

As an Account Manager at Schroeder Truck Repair you will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring their needs are met and exceeded driving customer loyalty and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Activities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
  • Conduct regular outreach to prospective customers through calls emails and in-person visits.
  • Present and explain Schroeder Truck Repairs full range of services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop targeted campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Track and follow up on leads ensuring timely communication and conversion into long-term accounts.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to represent Schroeder Truck Repair and generate new business.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries concerns and requests.
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations.

Account Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of each customers business and specific requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.

Customer Support:

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as the service and operations departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Provide technical assistance and information to customers as needed.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve them.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Work closely with the team to identify potential growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of account-specific sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions transactions and communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in account management customer service or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
