Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join one of Irelands most established and high-performing dispute resolution teams. Key Responsibilities

• Act on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes including regulatory investigations judicial reviews tech and insurance disputes restructuring and insolvency and environmental litigation

• Collaborate closely with partners and multi-disciplinary teams on complex and high-value matters

• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team leadership and development

• Engage in client relationship management and business development activities

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge development programmes

• Participate in international opportunities including conferences and potential secondments

The Ideal Candidate

• Experienced commercial disputes solicitor with strong technical and strategic capabilities

• Commercially minded with a proven ability to manage client relationships and complex caseloads

• Excellent communicator confident working autonomously and as part of larger teams

• Committed to mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a collaborative team culture

• Enthusiastic about business development and thought leadership in the legal space

• Open to being based in Dublin or Cork with flexible hybrid working
