We have been engaged by our client a large international law firm to recruit an IP & Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor with minimum 3 years PQE to join their highly recommended Intellectual Property team.
This is a great opportunity to work with high profile international clients and brands.
A key member of the IP team in Dublin but also part of the broader European IP practice you will get opportunities to work on cross jurisdictional matters.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years PQE from a recognised/leading IP private practice firm
- Intellectual property and particularly in patent litigation
- life sciences sector experience desirable
- precedent setting patent litigation and related advisory work
- IP disputes including trademark infringement passing-off breach of confidential information and design right infringement
- deliver results for clients on their IP and litigation needs;
- working closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions on pan-European IP litigation;
