In the Learning Producer role you will lead on the development design and creation of learning resources and support the development of an enhanced digital learning offer. Working collaboratively and in partnership is key to this work.

In order for you to be successful in this post we will be looking for you to submit a cover letter which addresses how you can meet each of the essential and desirable criteria (in up to 1200 words) using examples of where you have demonstrated these criteria previously. Essential:
Demonstrable knowledge and experience in applying current good practice within the heritage and/or cultural learning sector
Familiarity with current Scottish learning policy most notably Curriculum for Excellence and Community Learning and Development
Demonstrable experience of applying accessibility tools/software and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to ensure that resources meet Digital Accessibility requirements
Experience of using a content management system to update websites
Demonstrable experience of developing designing producing and evaluating learning materials (digital printed and/or tactile) within a cultural heritage or related environment
Demonstrable experience of utilising co-design approaches within the development and production of learning resources to ensure that resources meet audience needs
Familiarity with formal informal and community audiences and methods of engaging with these audiences
Excellent planning and project management skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload and competing priorities
Excellent communication and teamworking skills with the ability to manage relationships with both internal and external partners
Experience of managing a budget
