Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgowis part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.
We have an opportunity for a Patient Services Advisor to join their team of staff in theenquiry handlingdepartment.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Handle inbound NHS enquiries via telephone and email from patients and clinicians ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Use multiple CHG systems to book re-schedule and cancel appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Consistently meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure contractual obligations are achieved.
- Record all interactions accurately across multiple CRM systems maintaining up-to-date and complete patient records.
- Comply with all CHG Policies and Procedures relevant to this role ensuring awareness of personal responsibilities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of and compliance with regulatory requirements including safeguarding policies for children and vulnerable adults.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Previous experience in a customer service role ideally in a KPI-driven environment.
- First-class customer service skills with a clear confident and friendly communication style.
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to work with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
