Senior Service Advisor Main Dealer

OTE 50000 MondayFriday Excellent Benefits

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established main dealer who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their aftersales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven motor trade professional to step into a senior position within a reputable dealership offering strong earning potential stability and a great working environment.

The Role

Acting as a senior point of contact on the service desk
Managing customer bookings vehicle handovers and service updates
Supporting the service team and helping maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth daily operations

Package & Benefits

OTE up to 50000
Monday to Friday: 8:00am 6:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am 12:30pm
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Main dealer environment with strong brand support

The Ideal Candidate

Motor trade experience is essential
Experience as a Senior Service Advisor (or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up)
Main dealer experience preferred
Kerridge / ADP experience beneficial
Strong customer service organisation and communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department
