Job Description
Position Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Markham office.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
1. Experience in Canadian P&C insurance industry
2. 10 years of ServiceNow experience (mostly around ITSM modules ITOM knowledge is beneficial)
3. Experience building case management workflows on top of ITSM
4. Strong Commercial Insurance functional experience
5. Experience in Agile methodology & JIRA.
6. Above average communication and collaboration skills to operate in a multi-team environment.
Nice to have skill & Experience:
1. Relevant Servicenow Certification
