Job Summary
Do you have a solid background in UX/UI design and enjoy roles where you lead both strategically and hands-on Want to take the lead in shaping a clear design vision while building intuitive consistent user experiences across digital platforms Then you might be the new Lead Product Designer our client in Malmö is looking for.

About the Role
In this role youll work both hands-on and strategically taking lead on the overall design vision and roadmap to create cohesive user-focused experiences across the companys digital platforms. Youll collaborate closely with product owners developers and marketing to make sure every part of the experience supports both the user and the business goals.
Youll also take on a leading role and together with the team youll shape clear intuitive interfaces that combine usability with strong visual design. Youll be responsible for maintaining and evolving the design system keeping everything consistent scalable and well-structured.
Who You Are
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design
- Experience in leadership roles and/or within e-commerce is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Figma Adobe XD or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding of front-end principles and effective collaboration with development teams.
- Fluency in English is a requirement
