About the role
Deliver specialised physiotherapy services at Annie Green Court supporting older adults within a residential aged care setting through a new partnership between St Vincents Hospital and Mission Australia.
Lead service planning and development ensuring high-quality evidence-based care tailored to the needs of aged care residents.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across both organisations to implement effective rehabilitation strategies and improve resident outcomes.
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a junior physiotherapist at Charles Chambers Court supporting consistent service delivery across sites.
Drive quality improvement initiatives contributing to innovative models of care and shaping physiotherapy services within aged care.
About you
AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with a degree in Physiotherapy and a demonstrated commitment to the Mission Vision and Values of St Vincents Health Australia and Mary Aikenhead Ministries.
Extensive clinical experience in Geriatric Physiotherapy including orthogeriatrics and residential aged care with proven capability in managing complex presentations requiring advanced clinical judgement.
Experienced in service planning and delivery with a strong track record of leading physiotherapy services and implementing quality improvements in aged care settings.
Effective clinical leader and supervisor skilled in mentoring and supporting physiotherapists including providing supervision and oversight in multi-site service delivery.
Excellent communicator and collaborator confident in multidisciplinary team environments and focused on delivering person-centred care that supports older adults and their families.

In this role you will be based at Annie Green Court. You will have opportunities to collaborate with the Physiotherapy department located at St. Vincents Hospital
