The pay range is $56400.00 - $101500.00

A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Targets assets while delivering value reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills whether your focus is electrical and plumbing fire and security smart buildings HVAC and refrigeration waste management and recycling donations programs or energy programs. Here your work will exceed the needs of both Target guests and team members delivering a holistically positive and pleasing experience every time they walk through our doors.

As a Program Owner Energy Efficiency & Resiliency on our Energy & Sustainability Team youll drive the strategic advancement of Targets energy efficiency and power resiliency this role you will evaluate and implement strategies to reduce energy consumption across our portfolio through data-driven insights and operational improvements. You will analyze energy usage trends and building performance data to identify efficiency opportunities support demand-side management initiatives and enhance the resiliency of our buildings. You will collaborate with utilities to implement energy-saving solutions and enhance building resiliency across our portfolioYou will lead efforts to optimize building performance ensure critical infrastructure remains reliable during grid disturbances and support the integration of emerging technologies that advance energy efficiency and resiliency. Youll work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to analyze data monitor key performance indicators and build scalable solutions that align with Targets sustainability goals. You will also contribute to the analysis of battery storage microgrid potential and other resiliency-related technologies. Job duties may change due to business needs.

About you:

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually depending upon what your role team and tasks require for that day.
