The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Development Leader to drive growth in the Skilled Trades division. This is a high-impact role where youll own business development strategy build lasting client relationships and play a critical part in scaling a division that is central to the firms expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local and regional sales growth using innovative and proven strategies.
- Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and grow revenue.

- 5 years in consultative B2B sales with 3 years in business development preferably in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full-cycle business development.
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with executives and project leaders across industries.
- A self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling business.
