Job Description

Transactional Associate Attorney Financial Services Charlotte NC (Hybrid)

A leading southeastern law firm with a national practice is seeking an experienced Transactional Attorney to join its Financial Services practice in Charlotte. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing matters with a collaborative and nationally recognized team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance transactions.

  • Draft review and negotiate complex financing documents.

  • Collaborate with lenders borrowers and financial institutions on high-value transactions.

  • Provide strategic legal guidance in support of clients financing goals.

Qualifications:

  • 27 years of transactional experience with a focus on syndicated credit facilities and leveraged finance.

  • Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Law degree required.

  • Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission preferred.
