Pay: $225000.00 - $435000.00 per year
Job description:
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at one of our clients offices in Boston San Francisco Washington D.C. New York or Silicon Valley.
Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 34 years of intellectual property litigation experience with specific exposure to patent and trade secrets disputes.

Job Description
- Join a nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation group
- Handle high-stakes patent trade secret and commercial disputes across technology software digital media life sciences and semiconductor industries
- Draft pleadings motions and discovery in complex litigation matters
- Participate in depositions hearings and trials
- Work closely with clients technical experts and colleagues across offices
- Opportunity to be involved in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings and USPTO practice
Qualifications
- 34 years of intellectual property litigation experience
- Specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes
- Experience with inter partes review petitions highly desirable
- Degree in Engineering Physics Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
- USPTO admission preferred
