Job Description

Pay: $225000.00 - $435000.00 per year

Job description:

Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at one of our clients offices in Boston San Francisco Washington D.C. New York or Silicon Valley.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have 34 years of intellectual property litigation experience with specific exposure to patent and trade secrets disputes.

Job Description

  • Join a nationally recognized Intellectual Property Litigation group
  • Handle high-stakes patent trade secret and commercial disputes across technology software digital media life sciences and semiconductor industries
  • Draft pleadings motions and discovery in complex litigation matters
  • Participate in depositions hearings and trials
  • Work closely with clients technical experts and colleagues across offices
  • Opportunity to be involved in inter partes review (IPR) proceedings and USPTO practice

Qualifications

  • 34 years of intellectual property litigation experience
  • Specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes
  • Experience with inter partes review petitions highly desirable
  • Degree in Engineering Physics Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required
  • USPTO admission preferred
