Verifying and ensuring the completeness of all components in tax invoices.
Establishing and maintaining organized filing systems for easy retrieval.
Collaborating with relevant teams to gather and update necessary information.
Conducting periodic checks to confirm accuracy and compliance with standards.
Safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of tax-related documents.
Facilitating efficient access to documents during tax audits or reviews.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience related to tax invoices/receipts.
