Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis and Documentation:

• Aid in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders to identify functional needs.
• Assist in creating the project templates map modules defining functional requirements and developing detailed specification data.
• Assist in preparing system flow diagrams to illustrate business processes and system interactions.

NetSuite Configuration:

• Maintain user roles security profiles and workflow rules to ensure proper access and functionality.

Data Management:

• Assist in mass imports and exports of data ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in data migration processes including data cleansing mapping and validation.

User Training and Support:

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of NetSuite.
• Provide ongoing support to users diagnosing and resolving functional issues promptly.

Process Improvement:

• Assist in designing and implementing system enhancement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within NetSuite.

Functional Skills:

• 1 years of experience in any ERP Environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve functional issues.
• Ability to analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Knowledge of data management including data imports exports and migration.
