Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Admin to support administrative operations for a network of gas stations and retail stores across the United States. This role based in Lahore is part of a growing team that ensures smooth backend operations accurate reporting and timely communication with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Maintain and update daily sales inventory and operational reports
    • Reconcile POS data with backend systems and flag discrepancies
    • Generate weekly and monthly performance dashboards
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist in vendor coordination invoice processing and documentation
    • Track compliance metrics and ensure timely submissions of required forms
    • Manage digital filing systems and ensure data accuracy
    • Create and maintain accounts for banks and insurance providers ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Liaise with U.S.-based store managers and vendors via email and calls
    • Handle scheduling follow-ups and reminders for operational tasks
    • Provide support during audits and inspections by preparing required documentation
  • Process Optimization
  • Identify inefficiencies in reporting or admin workflows and suggest improvements
  • Support implementation of new tools or systems for better data handling




Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
  • One to three years of experience in administrative or analytical roles (retail or service industry preferred)
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (night shift in Pakistan)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with POS systems inventory software or ERP tools is a plus
  • Onsite role - Timings : 8pm - 5am
