DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team in Penang fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content and campaigns.
- Lead the management of Coherents global social media channels developing strategies to increase engagement and grow audience reach.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content for various digital platforms including blogs white papers and case studies.
- Collaborate with branding teams to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and digital assets.
- Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and maintain a strong cohesive brand presence across all channels.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in marketing communications social media management and campaign analytics.
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms tools and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional team environment.
