How did it all start
Founded on March 15 1991 in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank) the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
countrys forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform
Tunaiku.

About the position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance & Operations team as a Reconciliation Officer. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions processed through various digital banking channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of reconciliation processes in a high-volume technology-driven environment and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily periodic and ad-hoc reconciliation of financial transactions across internal systems and external partners (e.g. payment gateways e-wallets core banking platforms).
- Identify investigate and resolve transactional discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance Technology Operations and Product teams to support process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation standard operating procedures and controls related to reconciliation processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits compliance reviews and internal reporting by preparing accurate reconciliation reports and transaction summaries.
- Liaise with third-party partners to ensure resolution of mismatched transactions and settlement-related issues.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or special assignments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experiences especially in reconciliation settlements or payment operations within digital banking fintech or financial services
- Familiarity with digital transaction flows (e.g. API-based payments QRIS e-money VA top-ups refunds).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with experience using SQL queries Excel (Pivot Tables) and reconciliation software/tools.
- Fluent in English language (oral and written)
