Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform literature reviews for research project(s)
- Design the study questionnaires
- Prepare human ethics applications for research projects
- Conduct patient recruitment and data collection at the participating sites
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- Prepare reports and manuscripts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- A bachelors degree or a masters degree in healthcare-related or social sciences disciplines including but not limited to health economics public health pharmacy nursing biostatistics psychology social work social administration or a related field is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with more experience or higher qualifications may be considered for the position of Research Assistant I or Senior Research Assistant.
- Experience in conducting willingness to pay (WTP) and patients preference study using Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) survey method or cost-effective analysis is an advantage.
- Experience in performing qualitative and/or quantitative analyses using various tools such as NVivo Qualtrics R STATA SAS will be an advantage.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Attentive to details.
What We Offer
The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
